Tammy Young, Managing Director of Human Resources for Moss Adams, a leading CPA firm in the Northwest, will present the business case for participating in Best Places to Work surveys, along with her colleagues, Laura Fowler, Washington HR Leader, and Dave Schilling, the Seattle Office Managing Partner. Learn how the Best Places survey fits into the overall employee engagement strategy and employment branding strategy. The discussion will focus on what’s in it for the company—beyond recognition and what’s it in for employee’s besides working for a great company. What are some of the changes that have been made in HR practices and business strategies resulting from the knowledge gleaned from participation in the survey?
