Mission
Goodwill provides quality, effective employment training and basic education to individuals experiencing significant barriers to economic opportunity. Because jobs change lives.

Vision
We believe in the potential of individuals to make positive changes in their lives. We believe that education and training empower people to make those changes. Our vision for the communities we serve is that each person is able to choose rewarding employment, financial security and the experience of educational achievement. Because of our work, people are building their futures, families are strengthened, and our communities are enriched.

Goodwill is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to help low-income and disadvantaged people in our community prepare for and secure jobs so they may achieve self-sufficiency for themselves and their families.
The people we help face poverty, lack of education and job skills, and limited English proficiency, all of which have kept them from finding or keeping employment.
Our comprehensive, free job training and education programs give our students the skills and training to find and keep a job.
Donors and shoppers are critical to our mission. Donations of reusable items from the community are sold in our stores, and the net proceeds, along with financial donations from foundations, corporations and individuals, make it possible for us to operate these programs at no cost to those in need in the communities we serve.
"Our thanks to the employers who hire our graduates, the individuals who choose to donate to Goodwill, the shoppers whose purchases help fund our programs, the volunteers who help forward our mission, and our financial donors, who all support job training and education programs at Goodwill."
