Software Development Engineer III

Premera Blue Cross is seeking a Software Development Engineer III for its Mountlake Terrace, Washington office.

Job Duties: Enhance Premera's financial processes, including Expenses, eProcurement, Asset Management, Purchasing and Payables. Utilize knowledge of PeopleTools on Application Designer and Integration Brokers. Knowledge on Single Sign On in PeopleSoft, Appserver and webserver administration, and full stack coding language like C# or Workday. Act as a technical subject matter expert on Premera's financial solution - PeopleSoft; develop and modify code and system set-up based on program specifications using Peoplecode and other programming languages; build integration solutions from PeopleSoft and Workday to 3rd parties (both internal and external); work with a system improvement mindset; provide technical advice to the team as and when needed; produce appropriate documentation to support evidence of completion of enhancement and production support activities; participate in educational opportunities to build new skillset. Telecommuting permitted.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. 

Five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in:

" PeopleSoft (FSCM 9.2) and PeopleTools (8.57)

" Restful API's and creating services for integrations

" Cloud solutions, such as Workday, Oracle Fusion, or Peoplesoft

" Full stack programming language, such as C#, Peoplecode or Java. 

Salary: $182,312 to $182,312 per year
