The AT&T Customer Lifecycle Management group has an opportunity for a strong relationship marketing professional who can promote a positive atmosphere throughout an organization to join our team!

The Senior Marketing Manager has end-to-end responsibility for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. This involves identifying key opportunities to manage revenue generating, retention and upgrade strategies for existing customers. Specifics include developing segmentation plans based on predictive models, developing an ongoing test and learn strategy, and managing the creative process from agency brief to final approval. This also involves providing post-campaign results analysis. Strong leadership and proven success working with cross-functional teams is critical to be successful in this role.

Additionally, this role will:
* Develop and execute consumer marketing campaigns based on market or sales needs with emphasis on direct marketing principles
* Drive interactions with internal Creative Services group and/or 3rd party creative agencies for the timely development of world-class marketing collateral
* Work with channel partners to define fulfillment strategies and identify required methods & procedures to support programs
* Analyze program results
* Lead cross-functional projects, representing CLM as assigned by management

Skills / Requirements
Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; or, 5+ years marketing experience is required
* Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills
* Ability to anticipate risks and devise contingencies to manage them
* Outstanding computer skills; must be proficient using Microsoft Office products including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook. Additional experience and knowledge of database applications and project management systems a plus.
* Must possess both outstanding written and oral communication skills
* Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills and proven ability to handle multiple tasks
* Experience in technology segment is a plus
