Responsibilities include refunding, collecting, posting and managing account payments. Submitting claims and following up with insurance companies. Researching and reviewing returned claims. Auditing accounts for overpayments and preparing refunds for accounts .Answering questions from patients, clerical staff and insurance companies. Identifying and resolving patient billing complaints.

Qualified applicants will possess:
- Minimum 1 year of claims refunding
- Experience with researching claims and missing checks
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
