Job Description
As a Benefits Setup Rep II (Analyst) you will be responsible for supporting internal partners aligned to the Benefits Consultation Center (BCC). The BCC collaborates with Account Management, Implementations as well as our Benefits Employer Client Services Team (CST) to capture client intent for new plan Implementations as well as changes to existing plans.
Intent must be captured in a manner that is understandable to both our clients, internal partners and our Benefits organization. Interaction with clients is likely, mostly by phone but in some occasions face to face.

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Programs (Excel, Access, Word and Outlook)
- 1 + years in a fast paced office setting.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of PBM knowledge and HealthCare experience
- 1+ years of RxClaim knowledge/familiarity
- Candidate must be able to effectively manage multiple projects
- Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills; with the ability to solve problems independently and within the scope of the job
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and cross functionally
- Leadership Skills
- Strong Written and Verbal skills with internal and external partners
- Client facing experience/presentation skills

Education
- High school/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
