In this role as a Health Care Hub Hiring Partner- Senior Coordinator, you be working closely with Health Care Hub hiring leaders and stakeholders on the recruiting function for Health Care Hub concierge positions.

This role requires the timely, energetic and efficient response to hiring manager inquiries regarding recruiting, staffing, and onboarding for ongoing Health Care Hub concierge and expansion support.

To be successful within this role, you must have:
- Superior communication skill and the ability to clearly articulate hiring/staffing details over the telephone and in writing
- Ability to function in a high volume, production oriented, time sensitive environment and ability to work in an agile environment
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task while consistently meeting deadlines
- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills to reflect a friendly, positive disposition
- Demonstrated ability to maintain information in the strictest of confidence
- Must be a team player willing to partner with other team members to complete goals
- Ability to consistently and efficiently follow through on problems to provide satisfactory resolution
- Ability to plan and prioritize workloads, both independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision

Responsibilities include:
- Using the Applicant Tracking system as well as other HR systems and predefined business processes to hire candidates in accordance with the company hiring practices.
- Accountable for the delivery of outstanding customer service through a strong commitment to customer needs with a demonstrated commitment to adhering to all service levels with superior communication skills.
- Performing pre-screening of candidates in the candidate pipeline utilizing provided tools
- Responsible for identifying and collaborating with sourcing and advertising partners on opportunities to attract candidates and build candidate pipelines
- Ensure customer information is processed efficiently, accurately, and thoroughly
- Ensure the delivery of meaningful, high-quality, and timely service to our customers

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 or more years of Human Resources or Talent Acquisition Experience
- Basic knowledge of onboarding
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills exhibiting a courteous telephone etiquette, patience and professionalism.
- Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of the job

Education
- High school Diploma or GED is required
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
