As the Prescriber Marketing Senior Advisor, you will support the Senior Director in leading prescriber marketing strategy. You will build and execute upon a well-defined marketing plan by demonstrating insights, research, industry knowledge and standard methodologies to form the most effective approaches to engage prescribers and achieve business objectives. You will be partnering closely with the prescriber sales, events and leadership teams in identifying and aligning on business priorities within the specialty therapies. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing strategic marketing plans to support and drive business goals

- Exploring new approaches and channels to effectively drive awareness and conversion amongst prescribers

- Establishing project plans and leading production and delivery against established strategies

This role requires a deep knowledge of B2B marketing and execution, and the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with our prescriber sales team. You will need to bring a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, on-time and within budget. Your role will be focusing on a number of areas, which may include program/service model improvements and new drug launches. Your ability to get results with a focus on metrics and reporting will be critical.

Required Qualifications
* At least 8 years of B2B Marketing experience in a corporate or agency setting that includes segmentation, provider-centric approach, business analysis, brand/business building, marketing mix development and content marketing
* Minimal Travel may be required for business support

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience developing short- and long-term marketing strategies, since there is a need to balance and deliver on short-term, annual objectives and long-term awareness/equity building
* Digital marketing experience that is proficient in using and optimizing digital channels to engage prescribers
* Demonstrated leader and strong driver of results with a proven ability to turn strategy into action, executing flawlessly, meeting all deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, including listening, verbal and written, to evolve B2B messaging while soliciting input of dozens of leaders and SMEs, with diverse points of view
* Excellent relationship-building skills, with proven ability to influence and impact and build consensus across all levels of the organization
* Health care expertise and understanding, specifically with specialty pharmacy, care management and PBM

Education
* Bachelors Degree is required
* Masters is preferred
