We are currently helping our client, a family office and philanthropic organization, with a search for a Sr. Operations Manager.

The Sr. Operations Manager will be a key member of our client's Finance & Administration team based in Bellevue, WA. This person will manage facilities and facilities strategy, IT and long-term IT strategy, and security needs for multiple offices across the nation, as well as other yet-to-be-opened offices.

Key Priorities and Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct internal facilities manager as well as external vendors needed to support ongoing operational needs.
  • Direct IT resources to provide organization with stable and secure cloud-based services and world class AV conference capabilities.
  • Continually evaluate IT sourcing model to effectively balance organizational needs and budget accountability.
  • Drive collaboration across organizational partners on emerging technology trends and top Microsoft productivity applications and developer tools. Stay aware of software and hardware technology trends and strive to bring the best and most innovative technologies into the organization.
  • Ensure that all offices are maintained to reflect a positive image for the principals as well as a safe and productive environment for staff.
  • Oversee outsourced access manager/front desk operations in Bellevue, including establishing and enforcing access-level rights to our client's facilities, physical security protocols and person of interest investigative services.
  • Provide long-term capacity planning for staff needs across all locations, including property identification, lease negotiation as well as oversight across budget, design and construction.
  • Manage to annual operational budgets, providing quarterly reports on key areas of efficiency and risk of budget overspend.
  • Maintain office operations and procedures, including staff on and offboarding.
  • Present recommendations for space optimization and workplace need to leadership.
  • Direct staff as needed for general facilities issues. Periodic travel may be required to support regional offices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
An ideal candidate for Sr. Operations Manager, will have the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong people and project management experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in professional office setting
  • Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience working directly with all levels in an organization
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Appreciation of cultural diversity and inclusion and an organizational mission

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Family Office experience
  • Project management or design software
