Position Description

Provides rehab therapy services to patients. Assist in evaluating and treating patients, in order to facilitate their attainment of maximum independent functioning.

Required Education and Experience

  • Current Washington state license in good standing required
  • Current CPR/ BLS certificates required
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Graduate from an accredited school of physical or occupational therapy assistant required
  • Minimum one-year COTA /PTA experience preferred

Schedule

1.0 FTE; shifts typically from 8:30a - 5:00p (17:00)
