Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Zillow, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst for its Seattle, WA office.

Job Duties: Partner closely with team members and data engineering to identify business needs, document requirements, and build scalable solutions to meet reporting and operational needs. Proactively work to organize, enhance, and drive consistency in our metrics and data assets, serving as a force multiplier to make the organization more effective. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-visibility dashboards used by sales professionals and other collaborators. Identify new opportunities for the use of data across the Market Management organization Leverage experience in reporting and analytics. Apply advanced skills using SQL, Excel, and Tableau or other data visualization tools. Utilize experience in building high quality, scalable user reports and dashboards and thoughtfully architecting the underlying data objects. Translate business needs into technical requirements that help data engineers build and enhance a data warehouse. Telecommuting permitted.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field. Two years of experience in: Craft data and visualizations to extract key insights from data; SQL, Python and other data processing languages; Build data pipelines and ETL jobs that will transform, extract and load data on a regular basis; and Tableau.
