Software Development Engineer IV

Premera Blue Cross is seeking a Software Development Engineer IV for its Mountlake Terrace, Washington office.

Job Duties: 

Analyze, design, code, test, maintain, debug, and modify software, applications, packaged applications, and systems for local, networked, web, mobile or cloud- based technologies generally in an agile team environment. Develop solutions to complex or abstract problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity. Guided by area and individual objectives, receive guidance in only the most complex situations. Ensure that solutions are consistent with organization's objectives. Generally focused on highly complex enterprise solutions. Telecommuting permitted.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Systems, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field. 

Experience Requirements: Eight (8) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in each of the following:

" Software development lifecycle 

" Programming languages, such as C#, Java, Python, or SAIL

" SQL 

One (1) year of experience in Appian

MUST HAVE PROOF OF LEGAL AUTHORITY TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES.

Salary: $190,486 to $190,486 per year
