Position Description

The Opportunity:
• Full-time Orthopedic Surgery position – open for those with fellowship training in Hand Surgery
• Based in Tacoma, WA with time spent working in Gig Harbor, WA
• Hand Surgery specific practice (elbow is a significant component) within established Orthopedic Surgery team
• Includes participating in General Orthopedic Surgery call schedule; must be comfortable treating/following patients seen during call
• Employed by MultiCare & member of physician led multispecialty group

Experience Profile:
• Completion of Orthopedic Surgery Residency and Hand Surgery Fellowship prior to employment
• Board certified/eligible at time of employment along with eligibility for CAQ in Hand Surgery
• Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
