Position Summary:

The Program Analyst is responsible for attending to the LMS needs of the Center for Clinical Education & Professional Practice, as well as, other learning software applications that are utilized for clinical education and professional practice development. The Program Analyst is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining efficient operations within LMS and other applications, providing production support within the LMS and other learning applications, partnering with Program Managers, NPD Specialists/Generalists to maximize utilization of applications, ensuring quality end-user support for Program Managers, NPD Specialists/Generalists. Additional responsibilities include the development and documentation of workflows, processes, & procedures for system use as it applies to the Center’s degree of administrative rights; creation of courses, and enrollment of new and existing employees in educational activities offered by the Center. The incumbent will also ensure maintenance of courses and version control in the LMS; general and custom reporting; tracking training hours per program; and provide ongoing expertise, insights, and suggestions for improvement related to LMS and other applicable applications. Strong technical skills are required for this position, with a proven ability to deliver complex technology solutions in compressed timeframes.
This position operates under supervision of the Executive Director and receives assignments from ED, PM – Information & Analytics, Manager, Program Managers, NPD Specialists/Generalists. Work situations are varied with an emphasis on timely builds within LMS to align with educational activities, customer relations, standardization, communication, organization, prioritization, flexibility and creativity. Decisions will be made in consultation with Executive Director. This position has extensive internal contact with department staff and Human Potential Department. This position will collaborate closely with LMS Administrator in Human Potential.

Minimum Requirements:

–Three years of experience overseeing an Enterprise level LMS or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Experience optimizing a best-in-class Enterprise LMS to be the single system of record that meets the needs of the business preferred
Experience leveraging APIs to integrate the LMS with other Enterprise systems preferred


Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Instructional Technologies, Business Administration, or related field
