Job Description

Okanogan Behavioral HealthCare is seeking an experienced and highly successful leader to join our management team. An ideal candidate should be an experienced crisis counselor with management experience and have the ability to analyze a situation and make sound judgment calls. This person must be able to interact with all levels of the organization and see the big picture, possess excellent communication and relational skills and be accessible to staff. We are seeking a strong manager with a mentorship and coaching philosophy who is passionate about the mission of integrated health care while being equally passionate about the business side of the organization. We are seeking a candidate who is a self-starter with a strong commitment to team.

The Crisis Services Coordinator will oversee the day to day operations for the crisis department while working side by side with team members to provide crisis intervention services as a Designated Crisis Responder.  Other duties will include chart audits with timely feedback to crisis staff and clinical supervision.

Requirements: Masters in behavioral health field plus 2 years direct clinical service experience.  Licensed in the State of Washington (e.g. LICSW, LMHC) preferred.  Management experience in a health care setting required.  Experience working in a Managed Care environment a plus.

Starting salary $57,000 - $60,000 annually.
