What You'll Do
As Sales and Operations Support Specialist, you will be the liaison between field Sales, Operations, and Franchisees with Corporate Departments for business processes and communication. You will be directly responsible for receiving and entering billing requests, fielding inquries, and coordinating communications with internal and external stakeholders. Promote the positive, entrepreneurial company culture while supporting offices throughout the Division.


Accurately entering billing for new customers, one time services, and contract adjustments in CRM application and other programs
Draft professional email and business communications for internal and external audiences
Provide support to multiple regional offices, franchise owners, and cross-functional team consistently delivering a great experience
Troubleshoot complex sales, operations, and other business issues
Interpret and prepare contracts and other official business documents
Perform continuous improvement initiatives, projects, and other duties as needed and/or assigned

What We’re Looking For in You

Some college and/or college degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of related experience supporting sales, operations, or similar business functions
Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Previous experience with general billing, debits/credits, contracts, or other complex business processes preferred
An eye for identifying trends and sharing process improvements
Professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently to prioritize work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Patience to effectively handle multiple requests, while providing a high level of external and internal customer service
Excellent problems solving skills
High degree of detail-orientation and accurate work

What'll Make You Standout

Previous experience supporting active sales office, bank teller, or supporting accounting roles
Strong operating knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CRM experience desired
