The Snoqualmie Valley Hospital District provides essential health care services to residents of North Bend, Snoqualmie, Fall City, Preston, Carnation, Snoqualmie Pass and surrounding areas. As a hospital district, we have an obligation to deliver a variety of services to help community members stay healthy – physically, socially and mentally. We are a critical access hospital with 25 patient beds, four clinics, specialty practitioners and regional partners to serve the health care needs of our community.

We have been recognized throughout Washington State for our leadership in our Swing Bed Program. A Swing Bed Program provides individualized care and rehabilitation for patients who are discharging from a hospital after an illness, surgery or injury but need temporary care that cannot be provided at home. This care and rehabilitation aims to help patients reach an optimal level of functioning and strength so they can return to their own home or residential facility.

For our exceptional team members, we provide opportunities for growth and advancement; a friendly, supportive work environment and the ability to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents of Snoqualmie Valley. Our care focuses on collaboration and coordination within all departments. Our values ensure that we provide quality care with a personal touch. And our leadership team values employees’ opinions, which means that your ideas will not only be heard, but oftentimes implemented.
