Vice President, Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits sought by TrueBlue, Inc. for Tacoma, WA office to be responsible for developing the philosophy and strategy for global compensation and benefits programs, creating the strategy and planning, directing and supervising the implementation, administration and review of employee compensation and benefit programs, in order to attract, retain, and motivate employees while ensuring compliance with appropriate federal and state regulations. Manage broad based programs including but not limited to: base pay; corporate bonus; sales incentive plans; health and wellness; disability; life insurance; employee assistance; stock purchase plan; deferred compensation; 401(k). Must have 12 yrs progressive experience in the development and delivery of compensation and benefit programs, including 5 or more in a leadership capacity.
